    What we really want for the holidays is a calm, peaceful mind.

    Learn to meditate at this 3 session course. You’ll get an introduction to meditation, real experience with meditation, and support to practise at home.

    You will then bring more peace and positivity to the holiday season, so you can truly enjoy your time with friends and family.

    There will also be time for questions and discussion. A free meditation app is included with the course for home practice.
